With the resume section getting more traffic I thought it would be important to lay out the following:
1. Upload your CV to our system rather than posting a link. It may expire in the future and others will hardly make use of the comments posted.
2. Read some of the existing critiques and make necessary edits before uploading your resume. This will save time for both you and our community.
