CV HELP PLEASE

So I completed 3 A-Levels (& an AS) over the usual 2 years. However I took a gap year and during that year I completed another A-level from scratch too. I was wondering how I should show this on my CV. As this A-Level was taken independently in an exam centre in a single year. Any help would be much appreciated.
I am headed to university in September.

probably wont matter if you just pop it in with the other a levels, with a short note to say it was taken a year later
