Here is my first draft for my CV for SW applications. I'm seriously lacking finance related work experience at the moment and I'm unsure as to whether my BDO experience was too long ago to include or not...

You can include that, even so you are struggling with filling up this one page anyway.

The "-" signs are not consistent. Bulletpoints are (very) weak and short. Also you don't have to list Swiming as an interest as you have already a whole section for that.
 
Sorry for the late reply and thank you for the feedback. I have corrected the "-" signs issue by changing the format of that section and I've filled out the bulletpoints a bit more.
