Have all the bulletpoints start at the same line (not one main one which is followed by many).
Keep bulletpoints to once sentence long only. Start each bulletpoints with an action word (helped, learned, achieved, etc) and don't write it from a first person view ('I did this and that').
Review some of the previous shredder CVs as you can take helpful information away from those.
