Remove the Skills section atogether. You don't need to say 'beginner' or 'undergoing X course'. And have all your interests just on one line, separated by commas.

I have gone back to having some bullet point being 2 lines, and have tried to incorporate more numbers. I have also cut out all the additional information in the skills section (bar Chinese, as I feel as if it should be made clear that I am not fluent).
I also decided to replace my address with my LinkedIn link.
