I will be using this CV to apply for Spring Weeks. Please let me know how I can improve it.

No shit you are interested in finance - remove this as an interest. Dont put the figure "500" in red., let the person reading your resume decide whats important and whats not. Also you could perhaps move the whole resume a bit above, theres quite a bigger gap on the top than on the bottom.

You'll be fine with this CV.

Oops forgot to change red 500, was only red so i remember to change it.
