have little to no relevant work experience, looking to land a role in big 4 or consulting, any help would be greatly apreciated also just started studying for the IMC unit 1

Reach out on LinkedIn to alumni and ask for a coffee or phone chat, literally any finance-related firm. Bristol is a good semi-target so plenty of alumni in finance across the country. Unfortunately since you lack relevant experience (this is hindsight but should have hustled during uni years - spring weeks, finance society etc), this resume won't really open any doors right now. There are even top tier target students now struggling to get a job.

Don't sweat IMC too much - the grad market right now is actually brutal out there, so focus on networking instead. Also, consider doing an MBA at some point - you need to rebrand yourself and get another shot at recruitment as right now your profile is way too weak (just being honest here).

i have some experience in a finance society will chuck it on there. Would it really be impossible for me to land something in audit? Honestly, it doesn't have to big 4 just anywhere really? really not in a position to do an MBA.

Audit is much less competitive than IB, therefore much higher chances of landing something there. Brutal grad market is brutal out there right now though.
