Hi, applying for spring weeks soon. Would really appreciate a good CV shredding...don't hold back! I feel like the academic sections are strong but the personal interests less so. How strong are my chances considering this?

Thank you.

P.S. apologies for the annoying XXX all over the place, but I have tried to keep myself as anonymous as I can!

I agree with what others have said, it looks good. Some personal input:
  • I would add monthly dates to your Work & Leadership section. i.e. Jan. 2015 - Dec 2015 for the Big 4 role;
  • Change or remove the line 'Networked with current employees and listened to senior speaker presentations';
  • Interests:
    • Your interests section should be a differentiator - typically we see 'food, travel, cinema', which isn't really a boost to your application;
    • Try and jazz it up: 'scuba diving, stage actor, Ashtanga Yoga, film making' would all stand out.
    • Having said that, I really would not include the 'Wine tasting' - it comes across as pretentious.
